Key technical challenges:
The 3D effect is created by precisely combining 3 different wood species. Each component must be accurately cut and assembled to achieve a uniform and visually cosistent 3D pattern - even a slight deviation at one joint can affect the entire pattern.
As the product come into direct contact with food and may affect end-user safety, the wood materials, adhesive, and the finishing oil must be carefully selected and strictly controlled to meet the applicable food and safety requirements of the Korean market.
